Prior to founding Emani Capital Advisory, he executed landmark mid-market mandates including major pharmaceutical acquisitions and institutional growth raises. Haradatta previously served as a Senior Associate at Citadel Management Consulting, where he was a lead advisor on multiple transactions, and is a Certified Financial Modelling and Valuation Analyst with deep expertise in pharma transactions and life sciences M&A.

With over 30 years of experience spanning HR, Operations, and Management, he specializes in investor and client relationship management, ensuring seamless deal execution from mandate to close, and serves as the backbone of the firm's operational infrastructure.
